I have a friend that has his 2001 Honda 440ex up for sale. He says that it is and it also seems to be in good runing order. It has fairly new maxxis razr rear tire's, It has got all new red maier plastic, and a year old seat. He doesnt know much about the 440 kit other than it was bored to a 440 and it has a hot cam, a rev box and a few other things, but he says the kit has been in it around 2 years or so. He purchased the 4 wheeler with the kit already in it. The 4 wheeler has never been raced or rode really hard, and hasnt been rode a great deal of time since the 440 kit was put in it. He used it for basic trail riding in woods. My 2 questions are does $2100 sound like a good price, and if all was done right how reliable would a 440 be? I would be doing nothing more than trail riding with it and I would be riding it some wide open on some back road's if I was to get it.

 

I can't speak to the reliability of the 440 kit, but $2100 sounds like a fair price if it is in good shape.
