I have a 04 400 rancher with auto and esp. Quite often when i start it in auto, it flashes esp and won't shift out of low. Also it cuts out when in reverse. Restart several times and usually will go to auto and run fine. any suggestions? thanks

 

you need to go thru and check ALL electrical connections and apply a silicone grease to the connections. The problem is moisture causing a bad connection even is the bike hasnt been is deep water. The grease will water proof the system and your problem will be cured.
