Hi,

my wife rancher is in limp mode.
goes forward 1st gear only, reverse stutters.

ESP/Automatic show on DASH 1 long flash 4 short flashes --


need help troubleshooting..


- I am getting voltage at the TPS and Angle Sensor, resistance is good on both.


How can I test he ECU?

Also i checked the TPS sensor, it says to install it back making sure I get 580 Ohm?? can somebody elaborate on that one? I turn it once I see OHM hits that range tighten it up?

what other steps should I take

 

I thunk that code would be 14....Im not sure let me get my book out,,be back later.
