One of the friends I ride with, took his Banshee to the drag strip Sat. night. It has been bored (due to dirt ingestation running K&N filter without the outer covers), Toomey exhaust, cool head, some type of racing fuel and stock tires. His best time was 9.41 secs. and 70.4 mph. Does anyone have any times to compare it with?

I have not had it on a strip yet. I outrun his Banshee in the dirt several times in a row awhile back with his stock tires before he installed the cool head. With his paddles on it, we ran side by side. Without the paddles, I would get him off the line by several links and then we would stay about the same distance apart.

The MPH seems right on, but the ET is way off, with that MPH he should be running about 8.40 sec in the eighth-mile.What are his 60ft times

Dont have anything "Officail" but for a max speed I got 80mph in about 1/4 mile, We didnt measure the distance, so its not exactly a quarter mile (but I plan on doing the 1/4 this spring) we were just checking the top end.. K&N Filterkit and a .020 overbore were the only motor mods at the time.
