Default Radiator slow leak near temp sensor??

Hello Guys,
I have a 2003 (?) sportsman 500 4x4 ..I have a radiator that leaks when I shut it off very slow drip.. Thought it was coming from the temp sensor but I took that off and put back all is well there.. it seems to be coming from the little black seal on the other side of the radiator(front lower, bottom )... looks like a plug of some kind...what is it ..is it replaceable or am I screwwed???

Thanks,
KB
