installing k&n jet kit

anyone that has installed this or worked on the raptor carbs. i got some scaned images of the carbs , thanks guys, my question before i put it on so i know what i am getting into. where there are two carbs do i have to seperate them and the throttle. or can i leave them connected install the needle and then turn the upside down for the jet,will this work.

I don't know about the needle but the pilot and main you can keep them together and just flip the carbs. over.

You don't have to seperate them at all. Leave the throttle cable alone. Just remove the plastic and fuel tank and the carbs will be right there. The needle work can be done by just removing the screws on top of the carbs and pulling the slide out. The jets will require loosening the boots and turning over the carbs to get to the float bowl.

I was installing my K&N/Dynojet kit in my Raptor carbs tonight. Everything was going fine but when I got to adjusting the fuel mixture screws I found that one of them was stuck. It's like it's welded in place. I chewed up the slot in the screw head by trying to free it up so now I'm hoping I can get it out with an easy out. Does anyone have any other ideas?
