i traded a 03 660 grizz for a 05 500ho polaris atp has a dump bed on it my old grizz had 1700 miles on and the atp has 712 i had to keep changing axles on the grizz and replaced the belt and a bunch of other parts my question is did i make a good trade if theres any thing i need to look for with the polaris please let me know its the first polaris i have owned and im not real familiar with them????????????????????

the engine has no issues at all(not as much power as you had) and as long as the maintainance was done should be nop issues unless they worked it hard in high instead of using low, you might need a belt replacement. check the cv boots and make sure there are no holes or loose clamps and you should be alll set. imo

Much the same as Stendori said. Make sure the regular maintenance was done. If not sure you might do it or have it done. Grease the joints after rides in the wet and gritty. Engine is pretty bulletproof and the bed can hold 400 lbs. of weight. Great towing machine also with the straight axle rear. We've been all over with our ATP and it's a good dependable quad.
