I needed a front bearing and a rotor for my 02' ds650, so I found a pair of very low mile front hubs with new factory bearings and rotors, they are from a 05' and are a slightly different design, will they fit the 02' knuckles alright?

Also I am away from the garage for a few days and need to buy a socket for the countershaft nut, what size is it?

I am on the bottom side of the Catskill mtns, near Hancock NY.

The bearings were not as much of a concern as was the rotors, and I do know they are the same for all years, I was just wonderig if the later 05' hubs will fit the 02' Baja without any issues.

 

Is there anyplace to ride over there? I have a friend that works at Hancock school.. I used to date her really fat daughter.. Front hubs will bolt right on.. pretty sure the rear hubs are different.

 

There are thousands of acres to ride on(when you know the land owners), many trails, all logging and quarry roads. There are occasionally organized rides as well.

Glad to see some other Catskill Members on here. I have a place in Margaretville and my buddy has property over in Walton.

 

It is beautiful country out this way,,,,The DS does very well in the mtn's with it's abundance of torque.

 

My mom lives in Roxbury....
