A ride would be fun but my schedule is crazy right now. This is my busy season at work. I ride on my property but it gets boring after awhile. Need some new terrain.

My new OMF wheels arrived this morning, got the razr2's mounted and on the DS by lunch time and took her for a spin, ALOT more traction than the bald stockies! LOL I didnt feel any loss in accel(I did go with a 15t cs sprocket), I think for ripping the logging trails up here in the mtns I may want to go with a 42 tooth rear sprocket though.

Boy does she look tall with the 22's in back and the 23's up front. The ride feels a little more stout when compared to the stockies, steering feels more precise.

Default Nice.

I changed the sprocket a while back for more torque and better trail riding. However, in the open fields miss a little of that higher end.

Post some picks with the new wheels. I've contemplating on replacing stock with Razors but with stock rims.

Here is a pic of a new wheel and razr2

and this shows the backside reinforcing ring on the front rim, not much clearance with the caliper!

Well after all these modifications the clutch is slipping a bit and when the BigGun CDI gets here it will only get worse. I have always used Barnett clutchs in my road bikes, but damn 220$ !!! So I ordered some new 60% clutch springs from RWR, will these be enough or should I get the Barnett extra plate kit as well?

just putting the better springs in a clutch thats already slipping, won't fix it.. if its slipping, its pretty much shot.

Agreed.....

Check with Mr. HorsePower. His clutch is a KILLER set-up. My 800 motor is built and has a OMW clutch pack and springs. I've given it 10 times the hell a stock clutch gets and it looks great when I pull it apart and do service on it.

Service= take apart, check fibers and steels for wear. Check springs.........

Runs a 730 kit from OMW with web109's and a 48mm lectron. It has some serious torque!

i used 60% springs with stock clutch plates, and it was enough for 730cc. the clutch pull is noticeably harder though...
