Hey im trying to fix my quad, turns over fine, but no spark at all? i have no idea about these cheap quads, i run honda crf dirtbikes lol. anyways i got the coil out, waitting for a ohm meter to show up from my brother, where should i start!! help please~

 

Measure the kill switch wiring first. With all the kill switches off and the igntition turned on (with engine stopped), the resistance to ground should be infinite. If it is zero ohms then one of your kill switches is shorted.

The best place to do this is at the CDI connector. Unplug the CDI and measure from the kill wire in the harness to engine ground.
