ADC Grinding Noise - 800 Sportsman
#1
2007 Sportsman 800
When I engage AWD the active descent control kicks in under 15 mph. I am hearing a grinding noise when ADC is working under 15 mph. I hear it when descending steep grades. I do not hear a noise when powering or above 15 mph. It seems to be consistent with the ADC.
I have checked ADC fluid and front transfer case, all is full and in accordance with the manual. I am using the proper fluids. The ADC works, it just makes a horrible grinding noise under 15 mph while slowing.
Help?

Mine does the same thing and I also checked the fluids and they appear to be full. someone on this forum suggested I replace the fluids and see if that helps. Also how do you bleed the system? as someone above suggested. Just replace the fluids or what?
