Default 03 DS650 Baja- No spark

Hi everyone- I have a tough one- quad has no spark, checked all fuses - all are good, have been ohming out all of the wires- appear good, kill switch ok- clutch switch ok, has a new pick up trigger coil- old one wasnt producing a signal, now it is and is per spec per manual( which the wiring schematics leave a little to be desired). Engine cranks like a champ= new battery, bike has a ron woods stage 2 kit on it with race ecu- I changed the ecu with one from ebay (pro for,- protech) something like that- would plug in either direction to hardshell- I dont recommend purchasing this product- still no change, no spark, Just picked up quad from local dealer- they scratched theyre heads too- told me they tried a new oem module- and surprise- still no spark, so after it spent a month there I just got it back, im not sure they even installed a module as I felt my BS meter pinging. Any ideas would be great???
thanks-

Did you install the trigger pick up or did the shop install it . there needs to be .020 gap from trigger pick up and the pick up on magieto. you have to bend the tab to adjust, dont just bolt it on. just a thought. also did the bike just quit or did you by it not running.

I installed the trigger pickup assy, and set the air gap- and then I verified with my fluke 88 meter it was generating the proper signal. I purchased the quad in non running condition. I will keep working on it as time allows, thanks for your input.

I know it sounds silly, but I scratched my head for a few days until I checked the kill switch, had a faulty unit. It will let everything work, but no sparky. Check position and check function.

Good luck!

Sorry to bother you but may you please post the the CDI ohmn specs for the DS 650. I own the same year and model as you and it has no spark, already chased down all wires everything is fine, connections fine, getting a signal from the pickup and the kill switch wire is unplugged but still no spark. I live in the Bahamas were there are no Dealers to help me and I dont have manual LOL We more than enough Honda and Yamaha bikes over here but unfortunately Im the only guy with Bombardier
