I bought a 1981 Yamaha 125 tri-moto brand new. It wasnt much of a 3 wheeler, it was light in the front and would wheelie over very easy, especaly if anything was carried on the rear rack, and felt very sideways tippy. I wouldnt buy it for any price, look for a honda. I have a 1983 & 85 200E Honda 3 wheelers and they are still good machines. Even a honda 110 would be better than the yamaha 125.

I bought a tri-moto 125 every thing ruined for 162.50 and bought all the parts for it coming out all together with the trike about 450 and I consider it a great deal. A good running tri-moto is worth 300+. It is true though a tri-moto 125 will flip over backwords in a wheelie very easy. But I find it a very stable trike way more so than my honda 200x. A honda 110 is a four stroke so it's less tempermental but the 110 is extremly underpowered and has few to no thrills the tri-moto 125 is extremly powerful and will take you up more than it will go down.
