Hi, I'm new here... need some of your wisdom. I'm looking at an 05 AC 650 twin. How does the front diff engage, is it an electrical system? does it engage in the front diff or does it engage in the transmission?

What I really need to know is if the front drive shaft is always spinning (in 2wd and 4wd)?

Any info is appreciated.... thanks in advance!

 

Yes it should spin in 4 wheel or 2wheel. I have noticed that on my new 400i.
