Default 2006 Honda 350 Rancher ES 4x2 fuel leak

When I turn the fuel on it just poors out a over flow or some hose coming out the carb. it will run but the fuel just keeps coming out, once the fuel it shut off it stops coming out. Looks like it is in the lower part of the Carb. Any Ideas????

First make sure the float bowl drain screw is tight .. If it is tight I would check the inlet needle ..

apparently this is a big problem with the ranchers. i have an 03 rancher 400 4x4 and it did the same thing. that tube that the gas is coming out of is the float bowl overflow tube, this keeps the float bowl from filling up completely with gas. this problem is caused by the float being stuck which causes the fuel to keep coming in the float bowl until it is full enough to come out the overflow tube. i cleaned my carb, found no obstructions or dirt, worked great for a couple months, then on a morning of riding day it started again. i shut the fuel off, ran all the fuel out of the lines and carb and engine, and then turned the fuel on and it fixed it. so clean it and it seems to be a thing that you just need to mess with.
