Default 800 sportsman receiver

I'm looking for something bolt on to beef up the receiver, kinda flimsy looking. Not planning on pulling alot, just a trailer full of duck/goose decoys possibly across a plowed feild.

I have googled it and haven't really found anything, but not sure where or what i'm looking for.

Ya, I seen those, I was looking at something to beef up the entire receiver section, maybe something that slides into the receiver and also bolts to the bottom of the receiver bracket.

Check out denniskirk.com. Item #51-7110 is a 2" receiver. The factory receiver should be fine though for what your pulling.

JCDEY25,

Nice job! What is that handle looking thing underneath it? Is your design similar to the Montana Jacks product?

ATV Accessories, UTV Accessories, warn winch, cargo box - Montana Jack's

Regards,

i made my own draw bar for the stock reciever hitch and i pull my enclosed loaded sled trailer(which is heavy enough to collapse the rear shocks) and don't have any issues w/ th stock hitch.

R,
That's a bolt with a T handle welded to it... It threads thru the bottom of the receiver and against the hitch to keep it from rattling and a little snugger...Yea I saw the Montana Jack ones and thought I could make that..So I did....

The factory receiver will take whatever you put on it without issues.
