can someone help me on how to tighten the chain on my 2004 polaris predator?

 

On the back axle there are I believe three bolts/nuts. Loosen them (they will be in the middle) It acts like a cam, so on the left side as you are looking at it, there is a large thin nut that you tap and it will cam your axle to tighten or loosen. I know this is not very technical, but it's actually easy if you know this. I've done it many times.
