Default Valve clearance?

Anyone know the correct valve clearance for a Tao Tao 125H?

going to change the oil and figured while I'm doing things I may as well check this too... There is a bolt/cap on the top and the bottom of the cylinder head. I'm assuming this is where the valves can be checked/adjusted? Top being the compression and bottom being exhaust? Anything special I should know before looking at this?

Also, this is probably a long shot, but is there such thing as an owners manual for these Tao Tao bikes?

Yep, those chromed circular caps with the hex heads on them is what you remove to access the rocker arms if I recall correctly. I PMd you a service manual.

.003" to .004" is what I have gathered.

Not the same engine or vehicle for that matter, but basically the same procedure: MyChinaMoto.com - Chinese Community, Forum and News - QingQi (Qlink) 200GY Illustrated Valve Adjustment
