Default How hard is it to swap axles?

I have a 50cc and a 110cc. The 110cc is a fushin and the other is a standard frame chinese brand. The fushin has wheels that do not have the standard bolt pattern. I am wanting to put a bigger wheel and tire combo on it so I need to be able to use different hubs. I have successfully swapped one front spindle for the front and it looks like that will take care of the front. The rear is going to be a little harder it seems. What do you all think? Here is what I am dealing with. If you have any other suggestions let me know.

Do you think I could just find different bearings? I didn't think about that until just now.
