grizhunterr-- In my opinion, it's worth a 6 hr. drive to ride WNF. The terrain varies widely. From bottomless mud pits, to sand, to hard pack(depending on weather) clay---red or that nasty blue-black stuff, take your pick. There is a good mix of FAST, ridgeback trails and more technical hollows and LOTS of hills. The name of the game here is MUD!!!! The area I am refering to is near Logan, Oh. Find SR33 and SR595. You can obtain a map from---topozone.com
There should be a state website for more info.

We went to Wayne last year and the trails are nice. There are hills, mud, and open areas. You will need a permit to ride the system. More information came be found by using Yahoo and typing in "Wayne National Forrest". Plenty of clay, so watch out for your radiator getting plugged up. We would like to go again sometime.
