hi .. i have an old 3 wheeler thats been rigged a lot it seems.. i have a service manual , but i cant seem to see where the hose coming out of the bottom of the carb goes and the hose coming out of the left side of the carb goes ( not the hose to the fuel tank , i got that) thanx4 any help. also the shift patern seems to go down instead of up , is this normal and can it be reversed ( i'm guessing not ) but thought i'd ask

 

Welcome to the forum. Both of those hoses just run under the body, the one on the bowl to drain the gas and the left side one also just runs under the body, don't know why. The shift pattern is correct and I don't think it can be changed. Different bikes have different patterns, like my 250sx is all up, my 200 is all down, and a couple are 1 down 5 up. When I jump on one sometimes I got to think about it for a minute
