Default 2007 Sportsman 700 question

My brother just bought a 2007 sportsman 700 on Friday. The bike has very few miles on it and looks great. It came with 27" swamplites on black ss itp wheels.

It seems like it has not low end power at all. The check engine light is on but other than no low end power it runs great. The error codes are 41 and 46. Do these bikes just not have low end power? Swamplites are not that heavy? I have a grizzly 700 and it has tons of torque. Is there another issue here? Or are we asking to much from the popo?

The Grizzly uses a single cylinder that might create more torque than the Polaris twin 700. The Polaris probably has more HP though. That being said, it should spin those tires pretty easily.

You really can't judge the HP on an engine that is not running correctly.

Mine was running rough intermitently though...Not all the time...At times you'd never know anything was wrong...
