I have a 98 explorer with intermittent low spark. Will not start. The ignition coil is good and I'm thinking possibly a bad stator or trigger coil. I have tracked the wires up to the cdi unit and I have a yellow/red and a yellow that plug into the main board under the pod. I have a brown that connects to what looks like a ground on the bottom of the main board. There are 3 wires together that plug into the cdi, a black/red, white, and a brown/white. Does anyone have the specs to test these as my manual is for a 500 explorer. Does anyone know where I could get a manual on the 300 explorer?
