hello i just came upon a 03 rally in the town i live in appears to be in really nice shape the guy told me it is stuck in gear and will not start any advice on what could have caused this and how to fix would be great this rig looks perfect for using to get to the fishing holes and riding the trails, he wants 500 for it the way it sits does that sound like a good deal? thanks
