Default Help with CDI syntax and terminology. Schematic fundamentals and second opinions

1998 Yamaha Grizzly 595 cc V-Belt type transmit ion

(Pride–arrogance-Frustration-Despair-Humility-Ask for Help-Humbled)

Hi People
I need some help. I have been working on it for some time now. First of all I need to get some terminology consistent when it comes to the electrical system.

In the magneto, stator assembly area ? There are several wires. And do color match to the schematic as follows
3 white wires I am assuming they are the charging system coils
(Br-charge +) (G-Charge) (R-Pick up +) W-Pick up)).

Ok
During research on the internet and mindful observation of others forums and other resources? Some terminology has come into question for me

People talk about a infighter coil and a hall effect sensor and trigger. Bare in mind I know what each of these do and some other applications in the industry. no further explanation
Is needed for the definition. What twists my thingy is there is not one wire labeled as any of them . What wire is the trigger out of all of those above and what ones charge the HV cap while waiting for the next cycle?

Sincerely confused

.

Default sorry for the delay CDI Help please

Hi
Thank you for responding and I do apologize for delays in response
I have been quite busy.
I do have a PDF service book with the diagrams I can share.
This is my dilemma, I have a 98 grizzly 600. The cdi box has gone out
Everything and I mean everything tests out, at least with a meter..
I am dead broke and I mean dead broke and will be for quite some time for
Family reasons. I have a new universal aftermarket cdi box that was given to me
That is compatible with this kind of CDI, the higher ac voltage type

Instructions have a clear schematic, but it uses words like “trigger” and others.
Aftermarket CDI box that is Compatable type for this Yamaha. .i need an experienced
Elder that might be kind enough too help me play dot to dot and re-assure me that I have the wires in the correct place any help I would be highly appreciative
I just want it to spark and charge the battery until I can get the factory one

Enclosed are some screen shots of related schematics
1 CDI and schematic
2. CDI magneto
3 New universal CDI unit schematic
