Has anyone run into this problem?
I have a 2000 sportsman 500 , I have owned it since it was new. Never abused always maintained.The speedo started to just blank out ,then light up for no apparent reason. the bike still runs no power lost or nothing I have checked all the grounds and nothing. Is this a common problem? Any advice would be helpful.

hows the connection that plugs into the speedo it self?

 

I am the process right now removing the headlight assembly to expose the wires and all the connections.I'll let you know in a while.
