Start with a clutch kit.

get a hold of rcr racing(rick ritter) for some good packages. clutching,a pipe porting, all kinds of things to gain more power on the 250's.

Go with this but when you call him tell him you want the HPD pipe instead

I agree with Stendori, I put a RCR kit, pipe, jets, air filter and clutch kit, all for just under $300. Bike runs great, really woke it up.
