Default 2007 polaris outlaw problems. please help!!!

i have a 2007 outlaw 525 irs and it has a few problems. one problem is the rear sprocket bolts keep torquing out. i have tried everything to fix it, i have put loctite on them and they still come out i have drilled them and wired them all together and that worked for a while untill the wire broke which leads to my next problem which is when that happened my rear inner cv boot got ripped. my dad says to just tape it up or patch it but i dont think thats a good idea. i think i should get a new one any suggestions?? and the last problem is when im riding and its decently hot out and im running 93 octane, when i get in high rpms usually in 4th or 5th gear it boogs out untill i let off. i think i need to get different jets but not sure cause it doesn't do it when i run 87 in it. all tips, hints, and solutions would be greatly appriceated, thanks.

Run the 87 octane, replace the CV boot-tape will never hold. Check the alighment on the rear IRS on the sprocket bolts loosening.
Hope this helps
