my 06' i had was fine w/ no issues. they do run hotter then singles and you have to make sure the radiaitor stays clean if you do any mudding or they will over heat check the cv boots to make sure they not leaking or ripped(this is on any bike).

I bought a 2006 sortsman 800 camo in april - Power is awesome, ride is great{smooth} BUT the belt is squealing and its hard to shift, lower ball joints need placed and heim joints need replaced on steering. Its in the shop now, As far as a durable machine i think polaris out numbers all
