Putting my ds 650 motor back together any suggestions?

Putting my motor back together,just a little concern on setting timing,any hints?Also,any other tips to look for or look at?Never had one of this apart so,any help would be appreciated!

I don't know how much you have apart but here a few tips:
1)Get a crank locking bolt to lock the crank in
2)make sure locating pins are lined up on the cams and cam sprockets
3) the lines on the sprockets should be straight accross with the make on the timing chain guide
4)the camshaft lobes go to the outside
5)take your time - if you rush it will only cost you in the end
