my son strip out the axle flange so I order 1 got about a week later.but he forgot to turn the fuel off.
Now it want start its getting fuel,really good spark,new plug ,cleaned carb,drained crank case. I'm out of ideas please help!!!

welcome to the forum. if you had to drain the crankcase from gas then it's really flooded good. make sure there isn't any fuel in the exhaust sitting as well. keep checking the plug to make sure it isn't still gas soaked. if you had some staring fluid then you could give a small short of that into the cyclinder to try to fire it as well. imo
