eton 70 viper won't start
Hello all! Been browsing the forums and thought I'd give this a shot. 
Have an Eton Viper 70. Wasn't running very well. Replaced fuel filter, spark arrestor and carb. After reassembling, ran great. Kids rode it for 15 minutes or so. Shut it off, adjusted CDI from 4 to 7 or 8. Came back 10 minutes later--wouldn't start. Recleaned carb, new oil, new spark plug. Tried manual kick start; no luck. Could CDI be the issue? Tried to check spark; barely see spark w/electric start. See better spark w/manual. Any thoughts?
