Largest gas tank on Scrambler
#3
Thank you for not answering my question.
Planning a 110 mile round trip with limited fuel stops and did not want to carry gas cans to spill on me if I were to tip over. I don't have a front rack. I thought I read some ones signature than said they had a 5 plus gallon tank but don't remember who. No my quad will not go 110 miles on 4 gallons of gas. My 500 uses twice as much as the 250s I ride with.

No need to get pissy, you could have provided more information like in your last post about total miles on your trip for a reason. But to answer your question, "IMO" I don't think you can buy a larger tank, Clarke, Acerbis, etc. might have a outlet you can work with. I ran '99 Polaris Scrambler 400 4x4's all the time over the 100 mile mark (verified by trip meter) with Gas to spare. I have also seen where the airbox has been removed and a gallon jug zip tied to the frame in place of the airbox.
