2000 trailblazer rear disc

Default 2000 trailblazer rear disc

Hi all
Im new to this forum so bear with me
I recently dug out my trailblazer after not even starting it for three years due to busy work schedule.
After cleaning the carb and getting her to run well i noticed the brakes need changing the rear disc has been neglected i cannot figure out how to remove this disc.
Any help would be appreciated

But im still not sure if the disc will slide off after just removing the hub?
