400 scrambler dies need some help please

Default 400 scrambler dies need some help please
my 400 scrambler dies after a few minutes run time. itjust started doing it. it acts like it starves out.its getting fuel. i am new to two-stokes and just looking for a some info

Check the vent line.Try running with the gas cap off or loose
