ridden both they are both stupid fast and light... the yamaha has electric start which is sweet.. but the honda feels a little more comfortable...I could drive the honda faster and felt more safe.. and I suspect that the honda motor may take more of a beating but not much more.. they both ROCK!! Have you driven either of these quads??? Because I honestly couldnt believe how fast these things were and Ive had banshees and quadzillas these just seem insanley light..

Seeing as how neither machine will reach 75MPH stock it really does not matter. You just need to ask yourself do you want reverse and a more trail oriented machine or a pure out almost race ready bike??????

Both those bikes are horrible on trails!! I would rather walk than drive either of those machines on even a semi rough trail..

Anything short of MX racing those 2 quads are gonna be a pain in the *** to ride!

I disagree, and tho we all have our opinions on atv's, bikes like the KFX450 and the YFZ450X make great fast trail bikes. If you ride more slow going, tight trails bike like the Raptor 700R Honda 400EX and Suzuki Z400 are much better suited!

uhh they are fast trail bikes alright..they both stall when they get lugged down in rpm and the first gear on the 450r and yzf 450 are reliculously high.. youd have to have some trail to enjoy them on.. We got sweet trails here and my friend prefers to right my slow *** honda rancher 350 2x4 cuz his yfz is just too much work to enjoy... you really need like a raptor or maybe that honda 700xx I've driven lotsa raptors and they are fantastic trails bikes lotta torquey luggin power.. the trx and the yfz are all zip... well i guess if your into standing on the pegs all day and riding a clutch like its your job then yes they would be superb trail bikes
