Does anyone have a Supertrapp that falls apart.

I have had mine for 6 months and everything is falling apart on it. I got it for my 2000 400ex. The welding on the core broke so all the plates dont stay in the middle, it dosn't make a tight fit and is always leaking, and the whole pipe moves around because they only used one bolt with a rubber washer to hold it in place.

I am just wondering if anyone has had bad luck with their supertrapp also.

I didn't care for the way it mounted so I made a plastic spacer to get rid if the rubber thing and that helped a lot. A little high temp silicone should stop your leaking problem.

Other than the crappy rubber mount at the rear of the silencer i haven't had any problems at all. No leaks, and nothing falling apart.
If i were you i'd call supertrapps up and complain. You never know, they might actually send you a new system if you complain enough.
