my neighbor rolled the 4-wheeler and now the atv won't hold an idle - i have changed the fuel filter, air filter, oil, and cleaned all components that the oil touched when it was rolled - i even tried adjusting the throttle screw and nothing - even changed the battery - anyone have any ideas?? thanks
