How do you adjust the hand brake?

How do you adjust the hand brake?
1999 Big Boss 6x6 (no foot brake)
I can't find a service manual, gonna look to buy a Haynes...
In the mean time, could one of you good folks give me some direction?
I don't see an adjustment screw at the lever?

BTW - What type of brake fluid is needed? (a bit off topic)

if its a hydraulic brake then there is no adjustment
just checked onthe parts break down and they hyd. brakes so there wont be any adjustment beside replacing the brake pads and or bleeding them.
