I was checking out the Highlifter site and ran across their Detroit Unlocker for the Rancher. Has anyone tried it yet? Is the rancher model available? Sounds like a pretty cool mod.

 

They have yet to release it. In april they will be releasing it for the 450 Foreman first with the Rancher to follow sometime this summer. A person who works for highlifter told me last week that they have been testing several Foremans and Ranchers for 8-10 months now and have had no problems as of yet. I have to say as soon as it is avalible im buting it!

 

Thanks for the info. I would be very interested in one myself. I read the article about the one for the 450 but missed the part where it said they were still developing them for prod. The 2wd/4wd option almost lead me to buy a different quad. I haven't changed anything on the bike yet but this may be the first improvement.
