Default Scramblers

Hi, I'm looking into buying a scrambler. Right now i'm looking at two, a 2000 thats in great shape for a good price, as well as a new 2009 from a dealer with warranty. Just wondering if anyone can tell me much about these quads. Do they break enough to want the warranty? Also what will be different between the 00 and the 09. They are both 500's. Will the 2000 be shaft drive or chain drive to the front wheels. Any help is appreciated. thanks

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

Polaris warranty is a joke.500 Scramblers are very solid machines.I would take the 2000 for a decent price and find a nice 2001-2003 model. They come better equipped than the newer ones do.
