Where is the oil filter??

Hi everybody,
just got a used 110cc,horizontal engine automatic atv. I`m starting to get
it all ready for my son for Christmas and I can not find where a supposed mesh oil filter is too remove and clean is??
If there is one can you tell me where it is ??

Welcome to the forums. 
I would almost bet it doesn't have a filter, but a screen on the drain plug. Do you know what brand the atv is? Maybe someone here has that particular one and can verify that for you.

Its a chinese utility ATV.I found a manual on line and it describes a mesh filter to remove and clean but no pictures to show where it is.Just a drawing that I cant make any sense from.Looking on the outside of the engine I cant see anything.I mean there are 2 covers on the engine-the one with the clutch and oil fill and the one with the electrical stator and rotor(I assume) Is it accessed by removing one of these covers??
