Default 2005 Polaris Predator 500

Heres one for you guys, I just got my predator back from having the motor rebuilt, could not get it to run right for nothing, i checked for fuel to the carb and spark everything seemed good, then i thought i would try adjusting the mixture screws on the bottom of the carb so i turned the carb in the boots so i could get at the bottom of the carb with a screw driver, and as soon as i turned the carb it runs perfect. The carb is sitting at about a 30 degree angle with everything hooked up as it was with the air filter hooked up and it runs perfect turn the carb so its straight again and it starts running shitty again. why is this?? i'm very confused!

Float height is wrong or the inlet needle could be getting bad. I would check the fuel line like kevin said first before my ideas.

Default fuel line ok

Ya i made sure the fuel line and the vacume line going to the fuel pump were ok in both spots it muct be something inside like the float or inlet jet like you say, when the carb is straight its like its running lean cause it will back fire once and awhile and if you pull the choke it will run beter
