Default 2011 850 over a 800? suggestions input please!

Hellos.. just sold my 2009 800 and plan on getting a 2011 machine soon, going to either order it with Polaris Tracks or get Tatou 4S tracks from Atvtracks.net

Besides the price difference, is there really any advantage of the 850 over a 800, besides the obvious it has more power, but my 2009 800 i never had it run out power the power seemed endless burn the tires off, and suck down the gas. Plan on getting power steering with whatever one i get as well.

Input be appreciated! also the tracks the Polaris ones cost more but IDK if they would be any better or not.

Thanks!

having put lots of miles on both the 800 is a great machine i love my 800 that ebing said there is no real comparison between the two, the 850 is just amazing the ride is much better the steering is much better especially with eps, the power is much better, i just can't explain how much better it is you just need to go test ride one and you will understand ther is however a pretty big price difference between the two but i think its worth it imo

Yep if you want Power Steering you need to go with a 550 or 850XP.

Love my prospector pro-s tracks! A lot more top end than the tatou's but from what I hear they are really good too. The 850 would be your best choice for a 2011 model if looking for power steering and they took away some of the nice features on the 800's like adc and the front storage. IMO the 09 800 was a great machine since they added the option of running awd with or without adc.

This is really a simple decision. If you are going to run tracks and want to enjoy doing it at any length... get the EPS... which means the 850 in this case.
