Default New exhaust question

I just installed a hmf slip on exhaust on my 09 raptor700, the bike runs like crap at idle and occasionally dies unless i hold the throttle slightly, after about 30 seconds the head pipes are glowing bright orange. Does this bike need to be remapped or will the cpu "learn" now that there is a different exhaust on it. I also have a Pro-Tec Moflow Airbox Lid. Bike has about 24 hours on it. Thanks

no fuel injected bike learns by it self, that is a myth created by an idiot.you need a fuel controler to modify your fuel curve.Ive spent several hours on the dyno creating ful curves for the 700r,using every controler on the market.have any more questions ask away!

You need an aftermarket fuel controller like suggested above.
