Default Air Intake help, advice needed.

Hello,

I just bought a 07 DS 650 and I am on a buying spree to get it ready for Ocotillo wells next month and glamis the week after.

I already ordered a 15 tooth sprocket

I'm looking at exhaust options.

now I need a proper Air intake setup

Whats the best setup? Lid on or Off?

what is a pre charger!

Im a rookie to the sport but am trying to learn quick!

Thanks for lookin,
Darren

For open desert riding you can lose the air box altogether. Shave some weight off of the sand pig. Precharger is just and Outerwear, a sleeve that goes over the K&N to keep the finer dust and sand particles out of your intake. You may want to look into a Uni.
What CDI are you looking to get? I may know someone who has everything you're looking for. He's got four DS's and a garage full of "stuff" that he needs to get rid of!lol
