I have already popped out several of the pop rivets on my rancher's fenders and floorboard. I know I can get them through honda but is there anywhere else I can get them? Like a fastener website or someplace like that. I would like to buy a bunch, and save some money if possible. It looks like I am going to use them alot.

I don't know how much Honda charges for them, but the pop rivets sold for the Arctic Cats will fit and they are only .30 each. Seems like a pretty fair price to me.

I duno but i bought out all that the honda shop had and it cost me $12, i used all of them too. Try nuts and bolts with lock washers and put some red never sieze on them that works too.

If you're talking about the "push-pin" type rivets, you can get them from www.servicehonda.com or www.epowersports.com. I got them from my dealer for .40 each. The part number is MHN OE 90653HC4900.

I wouldn't recommend using nuts and bolts. I'd much rather replace a $.40 push rivet when it gives, than replace a broken fender when a bolt won't give.

The ONLY place to buy rivets is DAF racing supply! Depending on the type of rivet, they are about $00.05 ! Call them at (330) 759-2578

Hey BigRed. About the rivets, I put oversized auto rivets in the worn out holes that wouldn't seem to hold the standard Honda rivets any longer. As to the sizes I'm not sure,{I'm measuring standards to be approx. 8mm} had a lot of misc. ones laying around. Go to www.owensabsco.com -then online catalog -then search on drive rivets, not the greatest prices but they have all sizes. I have not had an oversized rivet fall out in a year You could also take a standard rivet to your local Auto dealership and get em i'm sure! To tighten up the loose ones you can take the rivet insert out,{the part that expands the rivet} install an appropriate size washer or washers {stainleess preferably} inside the fender and reinsert the insert,"takes up the slack". Hope this helps. Ride safe! http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumList?u=1572800&f=0
