Default Starter doesn't always catch

Sometimes it just spins without catching. Is there a place where I can shoot the gears/actuator thing with some lithium grease or other lubricant?

You can lightly oil the bendix drive with some light oil. But don't over due it or you will ruin the ratchet mechanizm.

Starter drive behind recoil cover needs cleaning and some lube, stretching the spring also helps. Water and crap gets down the rope hole and messes things up in there.
