weeble or wobble?

07 500 sportsman, front right, when jacked up noticed with hand on top and bottom of tire, it will wobble up and down. Is this wheel bearing or ball joint?

Could be wheel bearing lower control arm bushings or ball joints, you need to look under and see whats moving
