HI There, I was out in the Snow yesterday and found out my 4Wheel Drive isn;t working. Makes a Clunking Sound from the Front Hub. Anybody know anything about This?? This 4-Wheeler only has 400 Miles on it and Probably only used the 4 Wheel Twice. Very Disapointed. Thanks, The New Kid on the Block.

Check to see if there is 12 volts going to the front diff, check at plug in on diff, I had one that the plug in was corroded, cleaned it ,gave it a shot of penetrating oil, worked fine, if its clunking and making nopiase its probably a broken roller cage in front diff.

welcome to the forum. sounds like maybe the roller cage (plastic) in the fornt end might be broke. this is caused sometimes by having the rear wheels spinning and putting it in to awd.

Neither does mine.
I would also suggest checking the roller cage as mentioned by the others.
P.S. If you take it to the dealer....ask them to check that the recalls have been done.
